Flexitech composite hoses are manufactured with multiple.
Wraps of both polar and non-polar thermoplastic fabrics and films, inner and outer mild steel/stainless steel wires, with an abrasion resistant PVC coated fabric which is UV and Ozone resistant & Fire retardant.
These thermoplastic films prevent permeation and effusion of both polar fluids (like toluene) and non-polar fluids (like petrol, diesel). Flexitech Composite Hose with structural and cover layers that do not deteriorate due to chemical attack, which maintains maximum strength, flexibility & durability and is compatible with the widest range of chemicals and petroleum products.
Applications:
Composite Hose is a suction and discharge hose for thousands of chemicals and petroleum products – for processing, transportation and bulk transfer applications by Road Tanker, Rail. Flexitech composite hoses are built to exceed the critical requirements of chemical, petroleum and other fluid handling.
Properties:
Flexitech Composite hose complies with EN 13765-2010 where electrical continuity (10 ohms) is maintained by both hose wire being securely connected to the fitting. Our composite hose contains a barrier layer for 100% aromatic hydrocarbons.
End Fittings:
Types of Fittings – Camlock Fittings, Flanges, Swivel Couplings, Male Nipple, or any other fitting as per customer’s requirement.
CORE:
Inner and outer wires are GI Zinc Coated/ Stainless Steel.
